Hassle-Free Returns Policy
We guarantee all merchandise sold by Material Girl to
arrive free of defects and in perfect condition. If you are not
completely satisfied with your purchase you may return any unused merchandise
for a prompt refund*. NO RETURNS ON SPECIAL ORDERS. Items
must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Additional Information:
All products must have original Material Girl tags
and be in original condition.
Items should be insured and packaged securely as Material Girl cannot be
responsible for providing credit on damages that are the result of poor
packaging and/or damaged during shipping.
If insurance is purchased and the item is damaged,
Material Girl will help facilitate the insurance claim.
Your credit card will be credited for the price of
the bag and any taxes. If payment was made with check or money order,
Material Girl will promptly mail a refund check unless merchandise credit is
desired.
Your card will be credited when Material Girl has
received and processed your return.
Material Girl cannot guarantee return credit for
orders that are not returned in accordance with our returns policy.
Material Girl reserves the right to charge for our original shipping costs if
the return is not made in full accordance of our returns policy, package is
not accepted, or package is returned to us not properly packaged.
International returns will be refunded the full
amount less our original international shipping costs.
